Roll

With clean hands, roll the earplug into a thin, crease-free cylinder.

Insert

Reach over your head, pull the ear up and back, then insert the rolled earplug.

Hold it in place for 20–30 seconds while the foam expands.

Make sure it feels secure and refit it if it loosens or does not reduce noise evenly.

Noise reduction depends on a correct fit. Follow workplace hearing-protection requirements where applicable, and do not use dirty or damaged plugs.
