Before you begin
These steps apply to Litetour reusable electrode pads and are based on the current 2026 care guide. Always follow the instructions and safety guidance supplied with your device.
Prepare
Use the pads only on clean, dry, intact skin. Lotions, oils, and moisture can reduce adhesion.
Place
Connect and place the pads according to the instructions supplied with your compatible TENS or EMS device.
Return to liner
After use, lift the pad gently by its edge and place it back on the protective liner.
Restore light moisture
If adhesion decreases, add 1–2 drops of clean water to the gel surface and allow it to air dry before reuse.
Store
Keep pads in their sealed pouch in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
Replace
Replace a pad when the gel is damaged, dirty, dried out, no longer adheres securely, or causes unexpected irritation.
Do not use
Keep these away from the gel.
- Soap, alcohol, or household solvents
- Lotion, household adhesive, or extra gel
- Scrubbing, scraping, or abrasive cloths
